Today we depart for a wonderful journey to Sedona and the Grand Canyon.  This evening we will be staying at the Hampton Inn in Oklahoma City, OK.  After an included dinner at Toby Keith’s Bar & Grill, we will drive by the Oklahoma City National Memorial.  The Outdoor Symbolic Memorial is a place of quiet reflection. This Memorial honors the victims, survivors, rescuers, and all who were changed forever on April 19, 1995. It encompasses the now-sacred soil where the Murrah Building once stood, as well as the surrounding area devastated during the attack.    (D)
Wednesday, August 23
After an included breakfast at the hotel, we depart for New Mexico.  After lunch and dinner on our own, this evening we arrive at our hotel, the Comfort Inn in Moriarty, NM.    (B)
Thursday, August 24
This morning after breakfast, we’ll depart for Old Town Albuquerque.  Historic Old Town has been the heart of Albuquerque since the city was founded here in 1706. Today, historic Old Town Albuquerque is the city's cultural center, with five museums and more than 100 shops, galleries and restaurants. In 1706, the settlers organized their new town in the traditional Spanish colonial way, with a central plaza anchored by a church. More than 300 years after it was founded, Old Town remains a center for culture, architecture, shopping, art and cuisine.  After an included dinner at Olde Sedona Family Restaurant,  we’ll arrive to our hotel for a relaxing two night stay at the Hampton Inn in Sedona, AZ.     (B,D)
Friday, August 25
Following breakfast, we’ll enjoy a two-hour Red Rock Range Pink Jeep Tour.  Escape to the trails of Sedona’s open range on this mild excursion. Pink Jeep Tours Red Rock Range Tour is a guided experience that lets you discover everything the desert has to offer. Be stunned by red rock panoramas, local plant life, wildlife, geology, and history as you relax and take in the essence of this amazing landscape. We’ll finish off the day with a visit to the Blazin’ M Ranch Wild West Adventure Dinner & Show.  We will arrive in plenty of time to belly up to the bar at a real Western saloon, unique shopping at the Frontier Town Shops, take a wagon ride pulled by a classic John Deere tractor, try your hand at roping, pitching horseshoes and target shooting with a real Colt .45 six-shooter. When the dinner bell rings it’s time to feast! After dinner the Blazin’ M Cowboys entertain ya’ with their award-winning musical talents mixed with cowboy poetry and humor. Otis, named Cornville’s most eligible bachelor since 1986, says this year may be the one when he finally gets hitched. Be wary of the Ranch’s most infamous occupant, the Ghost Rider, lest he steal you away forever to ride the devil’s herd across the endless skies.    (B,D)
Saturday, August 26
After breakfast, we will view Oak Creek Canyon.  Oak Creek Canyon is a river gorge located along the Mogollon Rim in northern Arizona between the cities of Flagstaff and Sedona. The canyon is often described as a smaller cousin of the Grand Canyon because of its scenic beauty. State Route 89A enters the canyon on its north end via a series of hairpin turns before traversing the bottom of the canyon for about 13 miles until the highway enters the town of Sedona. The Oak Creek Canyon-Sedona area is second only to Grand Canyon as the most popular tourist destination in Arizona.  This afternoon, we’ll meet our Step-On Guide for a Desert View Tour into Grand Canyon Village.  This 25 mile, two hour tour includes the 70 foot tall Desert View Watchtower and the natural beauty of the East Rim of the Grand Canyon.  From here you can see the Colorado River as it emerges from the depths of the inner gorge.  This tour stops at various spectacular viewpoints along the East Rim Drive. Grand Canyon National Park is a powerful and inspiring landscape, which overwhelms our senses through its immense size.  Unique combinations of geologic color and erosional forms decorate a canyon that is 277 river miles long, up to 18 miles wide, and a mile deep.  After an included dinner at JJK’s Restaurant, we will check into our hotel, the Holiday Inn Express in Grand Canyon, AZ.     (B,D)
Sunday, August 27
After breakfast we’ll enjoy more free time at the Grand Canyon before departing for Colorado.  This evening we arrive at our hotel, the Comfort Inn and Suites in Durango, CO.   Dinner tonight is included at T’s Smokehouse & Grill.    (B,D)

The railroad is Colorado's oldest scenic railroad and has brought back a touch of class to the industry on Colorado's most luxurious 1950’s era train. Then we continue on to Colorado Springs, CO. Our hotel for the night is the Drury Inn & Suites in Colorado Springs, CO.  Enjoy Drury’s “Kick-Back Reception” for dinner.   (B,D)
