Thursday, August 10
Today we set off for a great adventure to Tennessee.  This afternoon we arrive and check into our hotel for the next three nights, the Gaylord Opryland Resort located in Nashville.  Experience the finest in Southern hospitality. The premier Opryland resort offers guests an unforgettable getaway with all the excitement and energy of Music City under one spectacular roof. Featuring an extraordinary selection of dining, shopping, recreational activities and entertainment, there’s never a shortage of things to do at the resort. After unwinding at Relâche Spa & Salon, practice your swing at Gaylord Springs Golf Links, make a splash at the indoor or outdoor pool, hit the gym at the state-of-the-art fitness center, or explore the nine acres of lush, indoor gardens and cascading waterfalls.  This evening we will enjoy a Southern Buffet Dinner and “Best of Country” Show at the Nashville Nightlife Dinner Theater.  Come and experience a celebration of Country Music from both past and present. Hear songs from many of the great artists in country music history along with today’s hottest superstars. Enjoy the music of everyone from Hank Williams Sr. and Patsy Cline to the superstars of today like Sara Evans and Toby Keith!   (D)

Friday, August 11
After a full breakfast included at the resort, we will have the rest of the morning to Explore the Gaylord Opryland Resort.  Don’t worry, we’ll make sure to find you if you get lost!  This afternoon we will enjoy a Self Guided Tour through the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum.  The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum is one of the world’s largest museums and research centers dedicated to the preservation and interpretation of American vernacular music. Chartered in 1964, the museum has amassed one of the world’s most extensive musical collections.  Next, we will tour RCA Studio B on Music Row.  Studio B is one of the most famous studios in the world. Over 35,000 songs were recorded here by artists such as Dolly Parton, Elvis Presley, Roy Orbison, and even more recently, Martina McBride and Carrie Underwood. Hear the stories behind the legendary recordings and view some of the original instruments used in producing over 1,000 hit records on this guided tour.  This evening we depart for an Dinner, Line Dancing and fun at the Wildhores Saloon in downtown Nashville.  The Wildhorse Saloon turned a three-level historic warehouse into a destination that is simultaneously a restaurant, bar, concert site, and dance venue. We will enjoy a great meal and learn the newest dance steps on the largest dance floor in the city.   (B/D)

Saturday, August 12
After a full breakfast included at the resort, today begins with a Backstage Tour through the Grand Ole Opry House. Go behind the curtain at Nashville’s premier country music stage. Walk in the footsteps of countless country music superstars and get an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at this legendary venue and show that made country music famous.  Walk on the same stage where legends from Minnie Pearl to Carrie Underwood have performed, get a glimpse of the artist’s dressing rooms and green room, and watch a video hosted by renowned musicians who talk about the Opry’s history and musical importance. Next, we will board the General Jackson Showboat.  Your taste buds will delight in the flavors of the South during our midday lunch cruise followed by our country music variety show, Nashville Live! The world-class cast includes two rising country artists, country comedy and features fiddle and guitar soloists, along with a live country band. The show’s repertoire spans classic hits by Patsy Cline, George Jones and Tammy Wynette through chart-topping hits by today's hottest artists!  This evening we will enjoy reserved seats to the world famous Grand Ole Opry.  For more than 90 years the Grand Ole Opry has had the greatest country music stars in the world grace the Opry stage for its terrific show. There are always surprises at the shows, and you never know when famous members may be stopping by.   (B/L)

Sunday, August 13
This morning we enjoy a full breakfast at the resort before departing Tennessee for our drive home with lots of wonderful memories to share.   (B)

$200.00 per person deposit due with reservation.
Final Payment due:  July 10, 2017

Cancellation Policy/Refunds

If you must cancel on a 1 day tour and it is within 10 days of departure, refunds will be based on deposits returned to Mid-American Coaches prior to trip departure.  We do however, allow you to get another person to fill your seat.   If  we have a wait list, we will try to fill the seat from our wait list.  If we do not have a standby list, you will not receive a refund.
Once final payment (30days prior) is made on multi day trips 2 or more days,  cancellation of passengers will have to be filed on the cancellation insurance that is available  for all multi-day tours.  No insurance is sold on 2 day trips.
If you have elected to not purchase the insurance, Mid-American Coaches has the right to retain any monies paid by customer.  If this seat is resold, then at that point you may receive a refund.
Any fly/international/rail/cruise tours will have exceptions that will be covered at the time of booking.
If you are forced to leave a tour anytime after departure, refunds will be based on monies that are recoverable.  Refunds cannot be made for unused motorcoach transportation.
